Returns & Exchanges

Our products are designed for intimate, personal use. For this reason, returns are approached with care for both your safety and the integrity of each piece.

Change of Mind

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may request to return an online order within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused and unopened
• All original seals remain intact
• The product is returned in its original packaging and resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, body, and wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives in a condition that does not reflect our standards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@23bynoah.com, including your order number and clear images of the concern.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, in line with CPA requirements.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and reviewed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified fault.
